Monitor brackets for desk/chair

I recall a while back someone was talking about getting a bracket arm type thing for their monitor that could attach to a desk or possibly a chair with oversized arms, and swing out of the way when not needed.

Anyhow, if anyone knows a website, company, or particular product, please let me know.

Yeah, along those lines, I'm looking for a solution for my father, he refuses to sit at a desk so I'm trying to find a mount that can accommodate a 17" ish screen that can attach to his chair or a small desk
