MOBO doesn’t detect graphics card

Hello there, my system is:

Sapphire Nitro+ RX 7700 XT
MSI B550M Pro-VDH WiFi
Ryzen 5 5600
Kingston Beast 16GB DDR4 3200MHz
Xigmatek Odin II 750W
Micron 2200 512GB

It is a new build and it was working fine for 1-2 weeks, then one morning, I decided to start my PC. Fans were on, keyboard lights was working etc. but there was an issue: no screen.

So, I checked my motherboard to see what was wrong and I saw VGA light was on. I thought there was something wrong with my graphics card even though the fans and the light was on. I tried these solutions:

1. I tried to get my RX 7700 XT work on another PC and it worked perfectly fine. Funny thing is when I borrowed my brother’s RX 6650 XT, my PC ran perfectly with it. No VGA light or whatsoever.

2. I checked every component: SSD, RAM, CPU, even PSU. Swapped them with another parts and ran them while RX 7700 XT and MSI B550M Pro-VDH WiFi were on. Same problem remained.

3. Updating and trying other BIOS versions. It didn’t work out, I tried every BIOS that I could find on MSI’s website but it was the same thing over and over.

4. I tried to run it with another monitor and a DP cable (I use HDMI). Still no screen.

So, I would like to ask if any of you guys know how to fix this issue. I’ve been trying to fix it for 3 days straight and I’m staring to think if I should sell my MOBO and get another motherboard from a different manufacturer.

Also, here is my graphics card driver and BIOS version:

AMD WHQL Version 24.12.1
BIOS version 7C95v2L

First off make sure all power connections on the card are snug and fully seated and then make sure the card itself is fully seated in the pcie slot. Other than that not sure what could be wrong since your card works in another pc. I would also remove motherboard from case and test it that way. It's possible that have some sort of shorting here. Like motherboard shorting out with the case. Do you a system speaker attached to motherboard to hear bios beeps?
