Mobile Broadband Issue

Hi,

Wondering if anyone who is having the same problem can help me;

My relative is with Orange Mobile Broadband and they are having problems connecting to skype. I disabled the antivirus and that wasn't the problem (also an exception in firewall and still no luck) but I tested it with Three and it connected. Does anyone have any fixes for this?

It would be Mobile Broadband network problem.Check your Broadband connection properly then connect into your PC.

Is the computer system up to Date? Does it meets Skype requirements?
