mic on front?

hey im building a nwe computer very soon, and i want to have a plugin for my headphone and microphone on the front of the case as well as a usb port. here is my sound card and motherboard... if you need to see it.

i just need to know how to get the headphone and microphone plug in on the front of the case. thanks.

you can buy a shuttle barebone case which comes with two usb posts, firewire, mic, headphone and sound on front. that comes with a motherborad and u add the ram, hdd, cd/dvd etc.
just a thought if u buiding a new computer and want that.
