not necessarily looking for anything for a trade. we can't find the box, and my brother uses the headphones. he can include a retractable USB sync cable and a pair of earbuds, not the original ones, though. if anyone is willing to trade, post your items and i will let you know if i am interested. but considering this went for about $250, i was thinking maybe $150, and i have no way of taking the songs off.....so they have to stay on their. ;) so tell me what you think.

I'm just wonderin y can't you take the songs off?
 
it isn't that i can't do it. but it would take more time than it would to just leave them on there and the next owner can then listen to them. but i then have to stress that i am not selling the songs themselves, i am selling the unit, and the songs just happen to be on it.

bump anyone interested? prices negotiable also might go for a trade (computer parts, ddr800 ram, things like that)
 
So, it doesn't have the original sync cable? (with the dock adapter on it)

I would say about $150 is a reasonable price. Maybe more. No, it does not include the original dock, i don't know where that is. However, we have been using a retractable USB sync cable for all my ipods and it works perfectly, and my brother is willing to include that in the price. Also, the ipod has over 1000 songs already on it, but i am not going to take the time to remove them. They were all bought from iTunes and transferred from my brother's friend's computer, so they are excellent quality songs.

again dude, you can get the silver ones used on Ebay for $120. Silver is the least expensive of them and new ones you can get for around $160. Your not gonna that much for it.
 
Alright, I think it would be fair to say that I've had the most experience with buying/selling/trading iPods here, and I can assure you that $150 is a pretty fair price for a black iPod Nano 2nd gen. If he were to list it on eBay, he would get $130 at the minimum, possibly up to $180, but most likely around $145-$155.
 
Yes, it is an okay deal, but it doesn't include the standard accessories. It isn't amazing.

Thats why I say its not a very worthwhile deal. Those 3rd party accesories are not near as good quality as the authentic apple ones.
