Maybe a subnet problem?

alright, this should be really simple, but im all out of ideas. I have two routers that i want to talk to each other, but it only goes one way. i have one linksys router on the WAN side connected to the internet. on it's LAN side i have a couple of users and a cable that runs to the WAN side of the second router. Then i have users hooked up to that second router. From a users computer on the first router, i can hit the internet and both routers. On the second router i can access the internet and hit the second router, but not the first. Does this have anything to do with subnet masking a class b ip address with a class c subnet mask?

It's the IPs. I have the same kind of setup. Make sure the IPs on each router are in the same network. Dont let the ranges overlap, as this could lead to problems. I haven't gotten around to fixing mine, but I am pretty sure that is what to do.
