max connections in netmeeting?

i use netmeeting on my 50 computers networked using windows98 in my office, problem is i can only connect 9 of them, i use netmeeting to show the desktop or display on my servers monitor to other PC's, any suggestions.

Like all versions of SQL Server 2000, SQL Server 2000 Personal Edition and MSDE 2000 allow 32,767 connections to an instance of the database engine. There is no limit for the number of connections that can be executing operations at the same time. The only effect of the workload governor is that it starts slowing down the database engine when more than eight operations are actively running at the same time.
 
windows 98 only allows certain number of network connections to one machine, this is limited because they want you to buy a server OS.

Not sure about how netmeeting actually works because I have only really rarely ever used it a few times in my life.
