Master Router. Which One Should It Be?

Hi, This is The way My Network is Set up. This the Way it has to be set up for varous reasons. Which Router should i make the DHCP Server and what other things should i be aware of before i power it up like ohter conflicts from having two routers.

Router A is an Airnet Broadband Router AER014

Router B is a D-Link DI-524

They are conected together with a 50ft Crossover Cable on their LAN Ports

The Verizon ADSL Modem is On A's WAN Port.

P.S Shouldnt the X-over cable go from A's LAN Port to B's WAN Port?

Well its not.....strange i must say but my ingenius plan at that network failed
