Do the front USB ports work?
Do you have a PS/2 mouse/kb you can try?

Whilst booting up smash on F8 to go get the boot options up and start up in safe mode to see if it works. If it does then you are in luck as it will then probably just be a driver issue and we can work from there. If it doesn't and you have tried the front USB ports and a PS/2 keyboard with the same issue, back everything up that needs backing up from your man drive if it is not already and try a fresh install to see if it works.

If it does, great, if it doesn't, it doesn't matter so much as with new everything it would be best to do a fresh install anyway to avoid any potential conflict issues with the old drivers and software

EDIT

i got it back up and running everything is fine now seem like a bit of dust on the cpu fan cause EVERYTHING to screw up im am super surpise such little dust can do. it was building dust for ever 3yr and it run fine but a bit a dust on the cpu fan kills everything.

Sorry I misread your OP, I thought it was at least posting

Unplug the power and leave it for a couple of minutes. Pop the side panel off and reset the CMOS. There will be a jumper to reset it on the motherboard labelled something along the lines of CMOS_RESET (nice and obvious to make it easier!!) consisting of 3 pins + a little cap that bridges two of the pins at a time. Take the little cap off the two pins and put it over the other two pins, then take it back off and put it back as it originally was. Refer to your manual if you are not sure.

Try again after that

ill give it a try i never touch the jumper does it reset like cmos/power circuit something? also now everytime i need to turn it on after a shut down i have to push/tap the cpu cooler for it to start up anyone know whats wrong with that? does it mean the cpu cooler is loose or something? got a split second of BSOD but then everything is back to normal.
