Making corded peripherals wireless?

I know keyboards and mice are often cordless by default, but can a corded joystick and headphones be made wireless with any in-between hardware?
 
Headphones, technically yes. There are bluetooth dongles for those but I wouldn't recommend them. Too much latency.

As for joysticks... not really, no. Wireless USB was a thing many years ago, but it never caught on for many reasons.

Do they even sell wireless joysticks? I'd really like more space while playing MSFS so I'm not right next to the system.
 
There are wireless joysticks / controllers that you can use. But to change something that is already corded, it may not be worth the cost if it is possible.
