Making a qwerty keyboard appear as a MIDI device

Hello ComputerForum,

I have the software cakewalk project 5 v2, here's a link:

To be able to use chords in the synthesisers, in this software i need to be able to press more than one key at a time which i can't do with a mouse.

Unfortunatley i don't currentley have enough money to buy a MIDI keyboard (or some other way of connecting an instrumental keyboard to my comp) so i was hoping as a temporary fix is there any software or other method to make my qwerty keyboard appear as a MIDI device in project 5.

Btw i just noticed in ur sig uve got a 4.4 surround sound system, that must have some real sick bass.
