It's gonna be interesting to see what this new device actually brings to the plate..
I've never cared for any tablets I've used in the past either but it is 2010,,,things have changed!

I'm waiting to see the new Macbook line. Then to see how much I need to save.

From what I have heard the tablet PC is basically a laptop without the keyboard or flip. I would hate typing on a touch screen, I want to feel the keys. As per usual, I'm looking forward to nothing from Apple, it all LOOKS good, but then you get to the specs and, worse, the price

Well, the iPad.....not sure if I want one or not. Going to have to play with one, but can't justify a real practical use for one really.

It's a interesting gadget-y sort of thing. Apples attempt at something between smartphone and laptop. I would rather just have an iPhone.

That is exactly what it is. After looking at it, and discussing what the iPad really is, it is in fact an eReader on crack. It is going to compete with the Kindle. Though after researching it online I think the Skiff is the most promising eReader...
