Low Profile PCI Sound Card?

Hey, I'm new here, I was just wondering if theres anyone who can help me out.

I have been looking for a low profile PCI soundcard recently, and I am just about at the point of concluding that no such thing exists!

I've found graphics cards, NICs, but nothing in the way of sound!

By low profile I mean the type of PCI card used in newer desktop cases, where a standard PCI card is too tall to fit.

Does anyone know if there is such a thing as a low profile sound card?

Thanks for the info. I think an external sound card would be the best option, then I don't need to worry about weather or not it will fit inside.
