Louder?

Hey, my laptop speakers are now a lot quiter then they used to be after i reformated. The volume is maxed out but still only half as loud as it used to be. Can any of you help me make it any louder? Thanks

Did you update the drivers?

I am just using the intel Ac'97 drivers as i did before

In the accessories off of the Start menu go to the Entertainment link to open the Windows volume control. The advanced button also opens to a mixer. If your sound software is also equipped with a sound mixer check those setttings as well.

Its integrated, no mixer. I dont know why its doing this. I am using the same drivers, and i have done everything identical. Even the headphone jack is quite.

Dude! I feel like a freakin idiot! I just found out why! I have a manual sound control on the side, HAHHAHA, i hit it on accident, lol. Sorry for casuing trouble! You guys are great!
