Lost sound when i put in new graphics card

I just installed a new graphics card (Galaxy Geforce 8400 GS) and when i turned my computer on i had no sound. So i checked the sound settings and it says their is no audio device and i checked and i have them installed. I have a motherboard with a soundcard on it. Its (Biostar P4M900-M7FE) i download the driver from their site but windows says their is still no audio device what do i do?? Please Help!!
 
Ok were you using onboard video before this? Did you happen to turn off the sound chip in the bios? Also what does it show under audio in the Device Manager?
 
what THERMAL-REACTOR said... im guessing it somehow deleted your driver- try to google your sound hardware for a driver (Try the device manager first)
