loss of internet connection

hi , can anyone help got 3 comps on network , 2 of them are with pci cards with antennas , the 3rd comp never losses connection as it connected to the router via ethernet connection , the 2 comps that are with pci cards for no reason go slow , cut out , then come back on again , tried turning the power off the router , when i turn the router back on , the 2 other comps with pci cards work fine , for a while .then play silly sods again.....
any one got any clues
