Looking for an estimate on these parts

I'm thinking about upgrading to AM3, but I'd need to sell my current mobo, ram, and cpu before I consider it. SO I'm curious as to what you guys think they're worth since I've never really resold any computer parts before.

MSI K9A2 Platinum
Phenom II 940 (Has been overclocked, but always been very careful)
Patriot Extreme 4GB (2x 2GB)

Price of the motherboard when I bought it was $144.99 and RAM was $57.99

Thanks for any help in advance :)

Cool thats about what I was hoping for, anyone else agree with what he said?

And anyone have any tips on selling those items?

$300 would be a nice price. That's some nice hardware for a good rig. There are tons of people looking to do builds here as you know...that would be a great setup.

Another question, I'm thinking about selling my heatsink as well, Thermalright ultra 120 black, I got it lapped to 2500 grit and would include some AS5 as well as of course all mounting accessories excluding 1366 bracket. Thermalright sells those for what, 10 bucks? Any guesses? It retails for about $70.

Edit: Would also include a blue led yate loon 1650 rpm and fan holder

Also looking for advice on how to ship, who, with what, and how? As I said, I've never done anything like this before, so if I do follow through with this I want to make sure I do it right resulting in a happy seller and buyer.
