hey if anyone has a lga775 motherboard laying around that you wanna sell i need one to test my little cousins processor im just looking for something that supports atleast most p4 cpus, also if any one has a lga775 p4 laying around i may be interested in that. I figured id check here before heading to ebay or newegg to buy something new.

Guess what? I have one of each. they are from my brothers old computer so i'll need to confirm with him that it's ok to sell them.
I've also got 2x 512mb sticks of DDR2-533mhz that belong to that motherboard if you want them.

The motherboard is: Gigabyte GA-8VM800PMD-775-RH
the cpu is: Pentium 4 3.06ghz, 1mb cache, 533mhz fsb. SL9CA model
the ram is: 2x 512mb sticks 533mhz from "Rynet" which sounds like some generic brand.

I'm thinking around $45 AU shipped, but i have to confirm i'm allowed to sell these because they aren't mine.

The rest of the story: they are from my brother's computer but his HDD broke. he has no computer now, so when i upgrade i'll be giving him my old parts so he has something to start with, so he won't need his old parts.

As far as I know all the parts work because i was using his computer a few weeks ago :D before it broke.

I have an ASrock N61p-s board.

http://www.asrock.com/mb/overview.asp?Model=N61P-S

Works great, should be perfect for a single core application. I even had a Phenom II 705e triple core on it, so it supports the latest AM3 cpu's it just underclocks the hyper transport to 1000mhz and north bridge to 1600 so it's not working at optimum but atleast it works. With a 9600gt and the triple core at 2.65ghz I scored 11k on 3dmark06 using this board.

$32 shipped if using paypal.

bump, Still Looking this board if anyone has an older one only needs to support p4s, or lower end dual cores but just p4 support would be fine.
