I am find good information on the settings. PLII Music, PLII Movie, Stereo, Stereo X2, 6 Channel Direct.

I usually have 6 Channel Direct on because it seems to have best overall music sound quality. But PLII Music seems to have the most 5.1 type of sound which sounds real cool. But there is a few parts of a couple songs where there is no music throughout any of the speakers, but all 5 speakers work! I hit test and all 5 speakers respond! I don't get it!

Check in your xfi settings for "Stereo Surround", make sure it is set to stereo surround and not stereo Xpand, and the slider bar is set to 50/50 front/rear. 6 channel direct is the setting it should be on if you are running a card such as an Xfi.
