Mmmh, I doubt it. My brother has had those speakers for over 4 yrs, in a dusty room and hes had no problems. They are very reliable speakers. I also have the x-530, very reliable as well.

EDIT: I thought you were talking about the x530, my bad

They probably won't break, but sound quality wise they don't stack up to the x-230 as they're basically 2 standard 2.0 multimedia speakers with a small subwoofer.

WTF are you serious? What terrible attitude? I wanted to close the thread so people don't waste their time helping me out after I am done lookin!! Seriously! And IF I really did have a bad attitude, I am sorry, honestly, to everyone. I am so screwed up right now, depressed (not an excuse, just FYI) a lot, not able to think straight due to big family problems :( Anyway, I saw I DID forget to say thanks......
