local area connection

local area connection , internet protocol (TCP/IP), properties,

ip no. is ok
subnet mask is ok
default gateway is ok
dns server is ok
but u know when u put cursor down to internet protocol, ther are three buttons like install, uninstall and properties. All three buttons suppose to be highlighted. But unstall button is not highlighted. And i cannot access internet.

Im not a 100% but after reading your post I would guess its because its all ready installed and thats why install is no longer an option but uninstall & properties are, If you have a connection problem that your troubleshooting list more info and someone will solve it for you.

Btw, thanx for your reply, can I delete local area connection and reinstall it.

probably, but dont you just need to configure/setup the all ready installed LAN
