Linux, VPN and Games

Id like to ask which program would I need for this:
-I have dedicated LINUX server, where I have to put VPN server
-The VPN server must be controlled from my home PC (i have some remote control console in mind)
-The program has to have control over users(allow all IPs to connect on server, creating accounts,banning/kicking users, ability to set MSGs to users...u know, game purposes)
-the client side program (even if same as server side) has to be easy to use for clients
-the VPN program has to have direct(p2p?) connect, not all data going trough "xyz" server and cause ping, and usually this isnt free
-security and i dont know what is not necessary here, the point is to make VPN
-all clients all runing windows
-games must work on VPN!

note:
*Hamachi is cool in some way, but i dont know about its compatibility with Linux and you dont have any control over clients in free version (everyone can join, tons of idlers...)
*Natnix seemed to be cool, but after i had seen you have to pay after a month period, i left it
*Ipig is nice little program, it has server and client side files which is very good, but i dont know whats with linux support, and the worst; you can have only 5 clients(in free version)
*OpenVPN...i cant say much about it, some wierd installations, complicated...
*Wingate and TheGreenBow - till now they are too high-tech for me, maybe they are easy, when you get them

best regards

I am not sure exactly what you want to do with the VPN part, but there are already services out there (paid for of course) which will allow you to administer and host your own video game servers, plus those companies also have like OC lines so they got the bandwidth to back it.
