im in linux class and need help with some homework
im having a problem i have been working on this for a hour with 3 others and our teacher is not helping us at all....
any help will be helpul

HW8:

Write a script to:
1- (The name of the script ia S1)

A- Read your name , major from key-board, display them back on the screen


B- Using the echo command, display the current date
echo `date`



2- (The script name is S2)
A- Read a username from key-board
B- Displays who is on the system.
C- Search for the username that you read in stepA and display the output result on the screen.


3- Can you rewrite the two scripts using the Build-in variables? ( S3,S4)


Transfer S1,S2,S2 and S4 scripts from dab-oect2.nmsu.edu server into your PC.
