Lexmark X5150

How can I install a Lexmark X5150 printer? I cannot find the correct driver. The CD that came with the printer will not work.
It says that you cannot install it in English. I am using Windows 10. Any suggestions?

I don't think you will get that printer installed on windows 10 as the latest driver is for windows vista and there is no English driver for it. You will most likely have to buy a new printer.
