I have a 12" HP NC4200 business class laptop, specs are here:

http://novatechgadgets.com/hpnc4200bus.html

Some of the specs listed were optional, if anyone is interested I will go through and list them all.

The condition is nearly flawless. I got this laptop and then got a Macbook Pro maybe like 3 months later so it is barely used. Right now it has Ubuntu on it, but I will ship the original XP Pro disk with it. It also has an external 8x DVDRW drive with it that was also optional.

I am thinking that the laptop plus the external burner is probably worth $350ish.

I will be listing it either on Craig's list or ebay if no one is interested. Sorry no trades I want the cash. I will ship it anywhere, shipping will likely cost under $20 with insurance to the lower 48 states. If you want it international, it will cost you, but I guess if you pay me I'll do it.

hmm, good price, I wish you asked when I was shopping for a laptop at the beginning of the school year. tempting

ebay had a used ones that were kind of dirty listed as buy it now for 299.99 and I think the burner is easily worth an additional 50 bucks.

It is a great light weight laptop, great for carrying around. I used to carry it until I got my macbook pro.

I am very OCD with my laptops, they are clean, with no hardly any scratches or any defects.

It is ready to sale!!!!!!

So, I will give every member of this forum first dibbs. I am asking $400 shipped to your door. Here are some pics. That $400 price only includes shipping to the lower 48 states, anything outside of that it may cost more to ship so prices may vary outside the lower 48 states.

Currently is has WinXP Pro, and Linux on it, but I am nuking the drive now and loading XP Pro SP2, which if you look that is what the thing shipped with. I am including a external 8x DVDRW drive, detachable, the original recovery CD and software CD, and a USB HP optical mouse. As you can see (hopefully) there are no dead pixels, and the laptop is in pretty much brand new condition.

It is an HP NC4200 business class laptop, and it has all the factory specs. If I find anything else that could go with it, that I no longer want I will toss in there with it.

Any questions just ask. If no one is interested I am going to toss it on Craigs list probably in a day or two.

We used to run HP Business machines back in my old job. They were pretty darn nice machines.
I would have jumped on this if I didn't get my T61.

Good luck with the sale.

I'll take it for $350 shipping included if you send it to Ontario, Canada. Shipping from here to Florida for a laptop costs $40 via courier, insurance included. (yes, I've done it... lol).

I would totally get that if you were selling it 9 months ago... I love my X61 too much to ever go anywhere else or downgrade hardware.

Well I put it on Craig's list and already had some dude try to argue with me about it, lol.

I will take the best offer, around $400 with everything you see plus shipping to the lower 48 states.

This is a HP business class machine, not some cheap entry level laptop. It only weighs 4lbs and the DVDRW is detachable, because with a laptop you don't always need an optical drive.

post or PM for any questions. If no one bites I am going to put it on ebay.
