Those specs are not that bad!! I would buy it if I had the money.

I actually have a guy interested in my old Compaq 5190. It has AMD k6 @400mhz, 128mb ram, and a 14gb hdd. He said he would give me $75 just for the tower.

Windows NT 4.0 on those laptop specs is decent, I have an almost same spec laptop. I rarely use it now though. Good luck on selling it
