Lag time on wireless router

Hi

So, I was part of the Time Warner to Comcast switch. No problems with TW at all, and Comcast has worked fine up until a few days ago.

The problem is that my internet (hangs, lags) and takes time to load simple pages where before I could blink and it was done. Now, I have to watch "connecting to....." for a while. Yes, I completely unplugged the modem, letting it reset, and plugged back in, along with router.

Can someone throw me some ideas as to why "all of a sudden" my wireless is no good? What can be done to (reset everything or just fix it)?

How long have you been with Comcast? Have they completely finish the switch? They could be having problems converting everything.
 
I have been with them for about a week. I get to keep my cable modem from TW. That being said, Comcast gave me a free download from their site of Mcafee and also the privacy add-on, whatever that entails. I am also using AVG. Could there be some type of issue that is creating a problem with this?
