I got my new comp for christmas (minus the vid card), and when i try to join games on Stronghold: Crusader using gamespy, it doesnt work, heres exactly wut happends. I go to the server browser on gamespy for stronghold crusader, then i pick a game to join, every turns there status to ready and the host starts the game and the gamespy "announcer" thingy says "Launching Game", then Stronghold Crusader starts when its done going through teh loading screen it says "Waiting for Host". This usually happens but only for a sec. I went to my firewall options (Zonealarm Free Edition) then enabled add Stronghold Crusader to my exception list. So i try it again and this time when the game is launched on gamespy, 2 bubble windows come up from zonealarm asking to allow two things which i am very sure were for Stronghold (since they came up when stronghold did). So i enabled them and told Zonealarm to remember the setting, but when Stronghold is done loading it does nothing but the same thing from b4. And also when i go to create games in gamespy, ppl can join it in gamespy, but when teh game is launch and Stronghold is done loading it goes to the chatroom like screen waiting for the ppl who were on gamespy to join it (this is were i would go if i were joining a game). Ugg lastly, when i play Unreal Tournament 2004, and go to teh server browser, a very small fraction of servers show up than b4 from my old comp. My connection is a wireless connection with "excelent strength" and my old comp (the one that works fine) is hooked up directly to teh router which is only about 5 feet away from it.
