Italic Font?

Im on my laptop and strange as it sounds, before it knew it most of the text become italic. Im providing a picture to show. As you can see not everything is in italics so this is strange. Perhaps I pressed a combination of keys without noticing?

Try this:

- Right click on desktop
- Click Personalize
- At the bottom of the window that appears, click Window Color
- Then click Advanced Appearance Settings

-Click item number 1 and select Active title bar, if item number 2 is selected then deselect it. Also try: Icon, Inactive Title Bar, Menu, Message box, Palette title, Selected Items and Tooltip.

I checked and none of the items such as Icon, Inactive Title Bar, Menu, Message box, ect.. had the italics activated.

This is weird? Oh and a reboot didnt help, haha.
