Is the Creative X-Fi Titanium worth it?

I currently have a Soundblaster Audigy SE and am considering getting the X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Pro next week, is it worth the £103 price tag, and what benefits would I see with it over my current soundcard? I have a Logitech X530 setup for speakers ;)

Lol no. A sound card isnt worth it unless you have proffesional speakers you wont even notice a difference trust me.

I have to dissagree with both of you,Sorry..,I only have a cheap £60 set of Logitech X-540s and going from Onboard RealTech HD Audio to a Soundblaster X-FI Xtreme Audio 7.1 was like night/day diffrence and that was a lower end creative card!

Ive recently sold my Creative card though,To the OP....do yourself a favour and dont get a creative card these days....its not that the cards are no good,Theyre good but Creatives have been letting us down with drivers ever since Vista came out and their customer support is just pathetic.

With that budget look into getting a card made by Asus.

This one.

Don't buy an X-fi for music unless you want to take the time and mod it. Go for something from auzentech(if you can live with creative's crap drivers), or something from Asus or HT Omega, both are excellent audio cards.

Thanks for the help, I have had creative cards for 6 years now, which is why I instantly looked at a creative card. But if there's no real improvement over the Soundblaster Audigy SE, then it will be a waste of money. :)
