Irritating sound on speakers!

I recently installed a new webcam/headset. Now I am experiencing a very annoying helicopter sound which appears now and then. I have probed every possible setting imaginable (to me anyhow) without any fix...the helicopter still occasionally hovers and lands.
Help me please stop the invasion.
 
it may be some interferience from some wire-less signals...lol sometimes my head phones get a spanish radio station. Are you using wire-less head set?
