IRQL not less or equal BSOD

I googled it, and got 50 different answers, and possibilities so i figured I'd ask here. Just built the computer, ran fine for a few days, then started crashing while playing Fallout 4, so i figured it was the game, and gave up on playing it, then it crashed while listening to music on youtube, got a Net Kernal security error or something forgot the actual name, so at this point my internet stopped working also, so I did a system recovery as a last ditch effort. Recovery done, net worked fine, played Assassins Creed Syndicate for about 4 hours then closed it to play some music, about 15min into it I got a new BSOD IRQL not less or equal, once again also killing my internet until i restarted the pc a few times.

If I am in game, the crash is a frozen game, and loud buzzing noise, if out of game I get BSOD. Funny thing is my roomate literally just built a pc also, and got the same freeze, and buzzing noise, so Im assuming this is some win 10 bs, already want win 7 back. Please help.

Specs
Windows 10 64 bit
I7 6700k
GTX 970 SLI
16GB DDR4 RAM
240GB SSD 3TB HDD
1000W PSU

It's a fairly generic BSOD. I'd test your RAM with Memtest86+ and make sure it's not bad. And even still I'd swap it out for known good RAM and see if it still crashes.

Lets find out why its bluescreening.

Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

The log is no longer in that program, not sure what happen to it, I had another BSOD today but it popped up, and was gone instantly, pc rebooted, did a HDD check, and now here I am, but there is no log in that program. I'll wait for another crash. It always crashes when Im hardly doing anything. One time was just sitting on youtube, this time I was just copying some movies over to a different folder, I played Starcraft 2 for about 7 hours no crash, and just played Assassins creed for a good 5 hours, and no crash.

I have had the same issue as this, and while it maybe a different outcome for you, i ran memtest86 and turns out i had a bad stick of ram.

Says file not found or no read permissions when i try sending it to a zip folder. I'm not even sure if this is whats wrong with my pc, I'm sure its one issue but my pc freezes, and crashes about 3 times, an hour, and 90% of the time it's no blue screen. I also have a wireless usb adapter that shuts off all the time, and gives me a driver error despite reinstalling the driver a million times, is it possible that is causing my freezes?

Copy and paste the file from the Minidump folder to somewhere else and then zip it up. That dump file should tell me what's going on.

Both of these are due to video card driver or card issue. I noticed you are running windows 10. Try running only 1 970 by itself and see if it makes any difference.

I had about a two day stretch where I had the "display driver has stopped responding, and recovered" Happen a few times, an hour when I wasn't even playing a game, but I've had this crash for along time, and gone through a few drivers, none have fixed it. I can try running just one GPU, and see what happens but both cards are performing fine, and have no artifacts popping up. Not sure how else I would check if a GPU is bad. Be nice if it said which of the two was causing the crash, bad hardware, and a driver issue are two completely different issues.

Unfortunately, you can't tell what exactly the issue is. It's faulting on the driver itself but could be an actual video card issue.

Hmm well I uninstalled the drivers completely, then I couldn't reinstall them because the installer didn't pick up my GPU's, so I restarted my pc, and it installed some older ones somehow, but now when I attempt to install the newest one it just fails to install over, and over. I can't even use Nvidia Control Panel it won't open. Basically just made 5 other problems trying to fix one lol.

Download and run DDU. It will stop auto hardware installation and remove any current drivers. Reboot and run the newest driver package. Run DDU once again just to click the option to set auto hardware installation back on.
