IPX protocol- for Vista

Recently I just picked up Starcraft again (and it's still fun). Except, I have Vista, and I also recently discovered Vista doesn't have the IPX protocol Starcraft uses for LANs. I do have an XP machine with the protocol, so I was wondering if there is any way that I could isolate the protocol, copy it to an external hard drive, and move it over to my Vista machine...

There should be a way to change the settings in Starcraft from IPX/SPX to TCP/IP
