hmm, i dont think so. you can change it after though!

Not really, espcially if his IP is static. I'd suggest looking for a anonomous proxy server. There are lists around the net.

You can use a proxy server to block your IP from being seen. Basically, all of your internet requests are diverted to a proxy server first and then they go to whichever site's server they were directed to (i.e. google).

This is very simple to do. You will need the address of a proxy server setup, many of these can be found on the web for free. Once you have found one that looks decent, open IE go to TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIONS, CONNECTIONS, LAN SETTINGS, and then enter your proxy server's address in the box. It is very self explanatory.

whats a proxy server

A proxy server is basically a server that you go though to gain access to the net. Rather than showing your IP, the site will pick up the proxy server's address. If you search the net, you'll find some rather large lists of them. Once, I connected using a proxy server from the UK just out of curiosoty, and it brought me to google.uk, and other such sites ;)

Yea i'd hide behine a proxy server, although as the_other_one said you can ask yoru isp to change it afterwards.
