Internal IP to External IP

Is it possible to access a computer which is having internal IP from external IP computers?
If possible, how can I do it?

errrr..... look into VPN - it stands for virtual private network, or if you want to be a bit more simple, you could set up the internal computer as a web server, then you could put files etc on that web server and access them over the internet from anywhere on the globe.

the web server is prob the most simple way to do it
