Integrated Creative Labs WebCam won't install

I am trying to install the integrated creative labs webcam in my new DELL INSPIRON 1545 but everytime I try to install its driver its throws me an error that Windows could not load the installer for image. How do i fix it!

And DELL crappy live support is just for the US and I am residing outside it so no help from DELL either. Not even from email!
 
How are you downloading it, though their download manager for through your web broswer? Try through your web browser.
