Illegal Website Or Not?

Hey, I've been using a music website for free music for quite a while now - its called beemp3.com and i was just thinking -

Is it illigal or not??? Because its been bugging me for some time now and i would like to know if it is or not

Their terms/condition is weird, but if you look at what it says...

6. If You won't delete files from the computer, You'll break the copyrights protection laws.
7. All the rights on the songs are the property of their respective owners

If you are downloading anything that you have not purchased, it's stealing, which it appears you are.

well ive just checked it out!

you dont download the track to your pc, you basicly choose what you want to listen to-just like radio but you get to choose what you want to listen too!

nah if thats the case then it is illegal, i thought that it was just streaming-would be a good idea
