IIS Problem

I have this problem I am using iis 5.0 on xp pro corp

I am trying to run a web server then after a while my website goes offline when I go to iis it has the website as "stopped". so I start it again and then after a day or so it goes offline again.

So what could it be ?

IIS isn't very good. Get Apache, and in fact if you are up to it, just build a cheap old linux box and toss apache on it.
