IDK if there's something wrong

Yesterday a program kept opening, even when I closed out of it, and I couldn't use CTRL+ALT+Delete because the window never came up. Assuming I had something pretty bad (it was also made my computer download over 1000 small files about 197kbs) I deleted them all and stopped the connection from the program. Well I downloaded All the free AVG security programs and scanned, which found malware, trojans, backdoor, viruses (there was a worm too)

not good since I just finished formatting this computer.... Well I just want to know if my sustem looks fine now or if I might have to manually delete anything??? Thanks for your time

Download SDFix and save it to your Desktop.

Double click SDFix.exe and it will extract the files to %systemdrive%
(Drive that contains the Windows Directory, typically C:\SDFix)

Please then reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following :

Restart your computer
After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
Instead of Windows loading as normal, the Advanced Options Menu should appear;
Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press Enter.
Choose your usual account.

Open the extracted SDFix folder and double click RunThis.bat to start the script.
Type Y to begin the cleanup process.
It will remove any Trojan Services and Registry Entries that it finds then prompt you to press any key to Reboot.
Press any Key and it will restart the PC.
When the PC restarts the Fixtool will run again and complete the removal process then display Finished, press any key to end the script and load your desktop icons.
Once the desktop icons load the SDFix report will open on screen and also save into the SDFix folder as Report.txt
(Report.txt will also be copied to Clipboard ready for posting back on the forum).
Finally paste the contents of the Report.txt back on the forum with a new HijackThis log

wtf have you been doing/downloading to get all that :/ anyway, go to www.hijackthis.de to analyze your log, also post a new log after you renamed hijackthis.exe to something else

uh nothing more than a few programs
messengers, cleaners, etc.
I don't use AOL, or mcaffe but they came with the comp.
I already renamed the hijackthis program by right clicking and renaming is there another way I'm supposed to?
Oh by the way I did copy the hijack this file and analyzed it, they were all considered safe except for two files from AOL and MCAFFE.
