i5 3570k 3.4ghz please help

Hi everyone, I was planning on buying i5 3570k 3.4 Ghz from Dabs for £180 -

but I found this on eBay for £169 or best offer (brand new) and the £11 saving makes a big difference to me, but I think they are the exact same

Please can someone check this for me please, so that I don't make a mistake just incase it's a different one, I really don't know much about these, but if it's the exact same as the one I was going to buy from Dabs.com for £11 more I really want to buy it, thanks!

I am not sure if this one is the latest 3 rd generation? also it gives information for i7 on the description I think? is it 3.4ghz? thanks

The box on eBay is different to the one on dabs.com But I believe both products are the same.

On dabs.com they advertise 3 years warranty, not sure if thats something to think about?
