I need traffic managment software to account internet traffic

Hello, all!
I'm trying to find software which allows to account internet traffic in my network (more than 1000 hosts) and to manage bills (cable, wi-fi, dial-up).

Any suggestions?

Has anybody used UTM billing software for ISP & VoIP of NetUP Inc. (from www.netup.biz)? What do you think about it?

I haven't used it, but heard from people that it is good software to use.
