I need to know two things

The first thing I would like to know is what is a good wireless router and two how do I set up one using high speed internet?
 
Linksys routers are some of the best ones I've used, but most all are the same.

How to set it up? Read the manual :P Hehe, it's very easy, particually if you have cable internet.
 
Don't limit yourself to Linksys. There are plently of other brands like dlink, Netgear, etc...
A good Linksys router for home network use would be the WRT54G.
Don't worry about setting it up... router set-up directions these days are so detailed and easy. And most come with pictures (Linksys, at least, has colored ones).
 
Most installation instructions are on a CD. You just put in the CD and run the setup, which is a step by step installation asking you questions and stuff (usually). It runs in your browser. Quite simple compared to when wireless was just starting to hit the market!
 
ive got a wireless netgear cable router and its ace hardly goes wrong sometimes i need to reset it but very rarely
