i need a quiet power supply

i just sold my 600w power supply, only because it was too loud,
now, i need a quiet power supply...
I am not sure what I should buy, and i don't know which ones are quiet enough,
i can not use Neweggs, so can you guys help me find a suitable psu from some CAN web sites?
i think 400++ w psu would be good enough for me, what do you guys think? i mean the spects i have won't require too much power usage would it?
also right now i have almost 10 fans in my computer, which i am ganna take out the most...

i was thinking of some quiet psus, um right now i am almost sure i would buy one of these psu's
especially i was looking for a well know company,, at least i head of antec...

Antec Neo HE 500 W
or
Enermax / 535-Watt which my friend just bought...
