I have been IP banned how do I.....

Hey guys I was IP banned by an online forum. The reason for this is because I live in a dorm and our IP is shared. SO they thought multiple accounts were being created on their forum so they just banned us.

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the IP ban? I emailed the forum admin but they dont answer emails. It's important I get back on this forum as I am owed money by some people and I need to get ahold of them
