i dont know what to do , i asked all of my friends and in the forum too
but no one now how to make my network working
my computer is connecting to the modem and my other computer thaking the internet from my computer
i pluged in both computers the net cable and set up a home network but the internet in my other computer is not working at all
but i still can share folders and stuff with my and my other computer
i think that my sp2 is blocking the net but when i turned the firewall off
the internet on my other computer is still not working
i dont know what to do and i just have to make a home net.
do you think that if i will format my computer and delete the sp2 the interner will work?
beacuse when i didnet have the sp2 i could install the net and with no promblems
is there any way to delete the sp2 without format?

there is an uninstall option in add/remove programs

This may not help but, it sounds like you have one computer connected to the net, and you are sharing that net connection with another computer. If this is correct have you set up Internet Connection Sharing. Try reading.

i thoght too
but i serch it in my add\remove and it is not there
can you explain me what i need to do with this site?

read the link, it tell you on the top line? But putting that asside, how are you sharing your internet connection!

click start > settings > network connections. now right click the internet connection, click properties, now the advanced tab up top. you should see 2 check boxes, make sure the top one is checked, this will allow computers top connect via your computer.

btw, did you run the network wizard on both computers?

yes
the 2 checkboxes are marked alredy
i think that my sp2 is bolcking my connections...
i need to do format to my computer and setup windows without sp2
mabe it will work beacuse one year ago i succeeded to make a home network it was when i didnet have my sp2

sp2 should not cause this. i myself have always had some trouble with the ICS built in windows. I used a program by AnalogX for that way back when.
If it were me, I'd start from sratch. Delete the connections from Windows and set it all up again. If you are doing it right, it should work.
