I have a computer down...am i able to access it's hard drive in any way?

I have a network all set up at home and one computer is acting all weird, and I can't even start up windows on it. I'm wondering if there is any way to access that computer's hard drive through my other computer.???? Is this possible in any way?

Oh yes all you need to do is take out the HDD (Hard Drive) and hook it up to another computer, if it is an IDE interface make sure you set the jumper on the one with a problem to SL (Slave) and the one on the working computer to MA (Master), if it is a SATA interface then just plug it into the working computer and it should work.
