I get static from my speakers whenever my computer is processing something?

I get this strange static sound from my speakers whenever my computer is processing something, or even when i move my mouse, its really anoying, and it cant be my speakers othervise itd be a comnstant static, my probelm seams to be that i can hear the processor working through my speakers, it gets really anoying, can anyone help with this?
 
I'm thinking it's onboard sound, and it's getting static from the motherboard. Kinda crappy but not much you can do, besides getting a sound card.
