I am looking to upgrade what Motherboard CPU and Ram combo can I get for under $600

I have a Dell XPS 8500 here are the specs of the computer



Here is a picture of the case



I would like to upgrade the Mother CPU and Ram and keep everything else. The case is a micro ATX case and the Motherboard is also a Micro ATX. I want get a I7 CPU and 32gb of Ram if possible. So which Mother Board CPU and Ram combo for under $600 would be a decent upgrade for my system??
 
I would heavily recommend you spend the 100-150 dollars for a new case and power supply as well. Trying to jam non Dell stuff in there is just going to be a pain. Form factor is micro ATX, so you're limited to that, which isn't necessarily bad, but I wouldn't trust the power supply with any high end set up either.
 
I have already upgraded the power supply to a 600w to 700w max it is older power supply with not a lot of use on it before it had a 460w Dell power supply
 
Is this your exact motherboard?

If so it probably is fine to replace with any MATX board and CPU.
