How to use two ethernet card simultaneously?

I have two ethernet card installed in my computer and each has its internet connection. And I have windows 2000 professional as my operating system.

Can I use both card at the same time to speed-up my internet connection speed?

but each network has its own ISP provider, actually, each card is connected to a different ADSL modem.

no software can merge the two networks into one and speedup the connection?

O in that case.... Whenever i hooked up two ethernet cables the speed seemed edzactly the same. Why dont you try it then? Post your results
