Rightclick on the shortcut, select "open file location".
Then it will open the game installation directory. Then try uninstalling it from there by using uninstall.exe(if present) in it. If that doesn't help, delete the game directory altogether.
Next step is to remove the registry entry of the game. It is risky to do it manually. But if u want to that, open regedit, goto local machine-software and then find the game entry and delete it. Or else, u might wana try a safer way. Use ccleaner or tune up one click maintenance and use that to clean missing registry entries. Since the game directory is deleted, the registry entry for that game will be treated as missing, and will be deleted automatically.
